UPS Return Services Definitions

We like to avoid returns but things do happen, this is information on UPS return labels.

UPS ReturnsSM - Electronic Return Label (ERL) E-mail
With this Return Service, UPS sends a return label via e-mail to the customer. The customer prints the return label and attaches it to the package being returned. The customer must then drop off the package at a UPS pickup location (any Staples store or UPS store, etc.) or hand the package to a UPS driver making his daily rounds.

UPS Returns - Print Return Label
This Return Service allows Twisted Throttle to create a return label and mail it to the customer. The customer attaches the label to the package being returned. The customer must then drop off the package at a UPS pickup location (any Staples store or UPS store, etc.) or hand the package to a UPS driver making his daily rounds.

UPS Returns Plus - 3 Pickup Attempts
With this option, a UPS driver carries a preprinted return label when attempting to pick up the return package from the customer.The UPS driver makes three pickup attempts for return of the UPS package. After the third pickup attempt, the label is returned to UPS. No further attempts are made by UPS to pickup the package.
