Scratch-and-dent items are discounted due to cosmetic defects or closeouts; all sales of such items are final.

We guarantee that all scratch-n-dent items have all parts and are fully functional; defects are only cosmetic in nature. If you receive an item that happens to be missing a part, we will send you a free replacement part via your order's original shipping method.

While we do not have photos of scratch-and-dent items online, we provide a brief explanation of the reason for discount in the description.

You must call to purchase Scratch-N-Dent items. Items cannot be reserved via email or voicemail.

Discounted items cannot be purchased through our online shopping cart; however, we've provided links to the NEW product webpage for REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY. When Scratch-N-Dent items are sold, the scratch-n-dent item is removed from this webpage as quickly as possible, but there can be a 1 day lag between sale and delisting.
