This is a well build windshield, but unfortunately it did not fit the mounting screw holes for my NC700 XD. Did not know there was a difference between the X and XD (automatic). Too bad. (Posted on 7/7/2015)

Purchased the MRA screen for my new NC700x about a month ago and I am always amazed at the difference a little height and width make in breaking the wind-blast. The smoke-grey looks OEM on my bike and most people who see it have no idea it's not stock. Great improvement over the factory offering. I would heartily recommend. I am about 5' 9" and find that the airstream is directed over my head with the spoiler deployed at the top. Very comfortable at 70+ MPH. (Posted on 5/28/2015)

The screen works much better than I expected. From all the reviews I expected buffeting noise but there was none of that. The air coming across my helmet at 50 mph is now similar to the original screen at 15 - 20 mph. Plus, it looks good on the bike.

I dropped one star for poor fitment. The installation kit comes with two long spacers and two short spacers. I ended up chopping down the two long spacers to be equal with the short ones. Once I did that, the fit was perfect. My bike is the NC700XD so I guess there are differences between it and the NC700X. If you have the DCT and are careful with a hacksaw and a file, go ahead and get this windscreen it is worth it even if you have to customize the installation.

MRA should just toss in four short spacers and two long ones for the kit and then the fitment is universal to NC700X and NC700XD as (sort of) advertised. TT says it fits the NC700X ABS. The ABS is only available to the NC700XD (that I am aware of).

Anyway, get it. You won't be disappointed. (Posted on 2/15/2015)

I put the MRA on my NC700X about a year ago. I was doing long commutes and it made all the difference in getting there and back. More recently I changed jobs and use my bike more to get to and from work, mostly in town riding and my mileage has taken off. I haven't gotten less than 80 mpg for the past 3 months and 10 fill hp's. I am 5'8'ish and a chunky 220lbs. (Posted on 10/2/2014)

I started doing a daily hundred mile commute and had to make a decision. I liked the Skidmarx screen but went with the MRA because of the wider coverage. It hate looking through the edge of a screen and this is low enough that it doesn't interfere with my view. Much smoother than stock screen. I have been playing with it and still haven't decided how high to place the extension. (Posted on 5/13/2013)

My only complaint about the NC700 was the small wind screen and how you got pushed around at anything above 45 MPH. Added the MRA touring screen and it fixed the problem perfectly. It even matches the color and look like it came on the bike. (Posted on 10/19/2012)
