Free ground shipping on orders over $350 within the USA and Canada!
When will my stuff ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders for in-stock items will leave the warehouse on the same shipping day for:
- FedEx orders placed by 3PM EST Monday - Friday
- USPS orders placed by 11AM EST Monday - Saturday
- LTL freight orders placed by 9AM EST Monday - Friday
Once shipped, when will my stuff arrive?
Express methods have indicated transit times at checkout. USPS Priority Mail provides 2-3 days in transit in the USA and 6-10 day days in transit to Canada. If you chose FedEx Home Delivery, see the map for estimated shipping times to your location. International orders may be delayed by customs.
Where can I have my stuff shipped?
We ship worldwide, including APO/FPO addresses. Sometimes very large items cannot be shipped, or will require additional oversize fees from what the website specifies. In this case, we will notify you before processing your order. We recommend using USPS Express Mail or Priority Mail for international shipments to avoid the high brokerage fees charged by FedEx.

What if my stuff is not in stock?
We will ship in-stock items immediately and ship other items as they become available. There will be no additional charge for us to ship those items separately. International orders with out-of-stock items will be shipped complete once all backordered items have arrived.
What if I need to get my stuff faster?
Since we don't personally drive the FedEx trucks, we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date. But, if you are in a time crunch, we are happy to give advice on the fastest way to get your stuff delivered!
