Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Department: Customer Service

Summary: We are seeking a sales associate to fill a full time, year round position taking orders over the phone, assisting clients with upgrades for their motorcycle, and troubleshooting installation problems. Attention to detail and experience on and around motorcycles is a must! A valid motorcycle license and availability for night and weekend hours are required.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Accurately taking orders from customers. 
  • Verifying customer and product information. 
  • Developing quotes and taking orders for large accounts, providing “estimated time of arrival’ of back orders, solving problems, and assisting other sales team members with their accounts. 
  • Answering day to day email and phone Inquiries 
  • Assisting with retail showroom and sales.
