Includes two 1/2" (12.7mm) tall M5 spacers and two M5x30mm lenshead screws. Used to level out the tank bag on certain Quick-Lock tank bags when used on particular bikes.
May be inserted between the front or rear mounting points of a Quick-Lock top ring and the tankbag to alter the angle at which the tankbag is attached to the bike.This kit is necessary for proper function of the Quick-Lock tankbag system on certain bikes, as follows:
Honda Varadero - insert under rear mount points for the CITY tankbag
Honda ST1300 - insert under rear mount points for CITY or GS tankbag
Kawasaki GTR1400 Concours - insert under the front mount points to allow the front end of the tankbag clear the "hump" on the gas tank
Confirmed used with the GS to fit on the '10- Ducati Multistrada 1200 - insert under rear mount points.
The kit is also useful on many BMW, Triumph, and Suzuki models or any motorcycle with heavily curved tanks.
