My issue is with Garmin.. My unit died after an update.. I contacted Garmin and they determined it was dead. I had to pay to send it back toGarmin and they replaced it with a re-conditioned unit.. not a new unit, even though I had basically a new unit. The Grmin customer service is horrid.. I should have purchased a used unit and saved my money for a new one as that is all that Garmin gave me for my new unit that was only 3 months old. So I don't have a new unit, the one they sent me keeps shutting off for no reason.. and I had to pay to send it to them... save your money.. (Posted on 7/7/14)
