Here is a tutorial on how to install Barkbusters Handguards and a Kaoko Cruise Control on your BMW F650GS single or G650GS which has factory heated grips.

Follow these five easy steps to install the Barkbusters-compatible cruise control from Kaoko.

This installation tutorial for the Kaoko KAO.KBB500 was designed to fit these bikes:

BMW F650GS, '00-'07 with Barkbusters BHG10 handguards and BMW Factory heated Grips
BMW G650GS, '09- with Barkbusters BHG10 handguards and BMW Factory heated Grips

1] Remove existing bar end weight.

2] Slide on the thrust washer and the throttle lock.

3] The thrust washer will rest against the end of the throttle tube when pressure is applied. Pressure is applied by rolling the Kaoko control backwards.
