Kawasaki W650 with Hepco-Becker Gobi topcase and sidecases

Here are before and after shots of my W650 with Hepco-Becker side and top luggage rack and Gobi top and side cases. The locking mechanism on the side cases was not functional with the large, stock rear turn signals on the W650. I replaced the rear signals with small halogen Kuryakyn (www.kuryakyn.com) signals. This allowed plenty of room to lock and unlock the side cases.
The other issue, as you can see, is that the bike is not quite wide enough to allow the side cases to open fully if the top case is installed. The top case overlaps the side cases by about 1 1/2". This isn't a big deal for me so far, since I usually have either the top or the side cases installed -- rarely both.
Thanks for the excellent customer service and I hope this helps as you deal with the occasional W owner looking for hard cases!
