Our contest winner from September was Dan Dieringer, who sent us these beautiful shots of his 2008 Suzuki DR650SE with matching Suzuki blue Barkbusters VPS Handguards installed. Thanks Dan!!
In his own words:
I bought the "Barkbusters Handguards", as the stock handguards on my Suzuki
proved completely worthless in protecting my hands in a little velocity
inspired gravitational issue I had a few months ago.
I found your Barkbusters very easy to install and they are made really well.
I checked out all the different brands on the web as best I could before I
bought these. This was difficult, as the web photos of handguards do not
really show them very well.
I like the thick aluminum full wrap around guard and sturdy mount. The
guard protects the hands, but also the various components on the handlebars.
I also like the overall look and design of the product. The slight downward
bend at the sides of the bars makes it easier to take your hands out of the
guards. The color even matches my bike.
