We guarantee that all scratch-n-dent items have all parts and are fully functional; defects are only cosmetic in nature. If you receive an item that happens to be missing a part, we will send you a free replacement part via your order's original shipping method.

While we do not have photos of scratch-and-dent items online, we provide a brief explanation of the reason for discount in the description.
