The new deluxe topcase kit transforms one Pelican Storm iM2600 case (included in this kit) into quick release motorcycle luggage. The quick release case adapter features an integrated keyed snap lock which attaches and locks your case to your motorcycle in one simple motion. The quick release case adapter is designed to mount to SW-MOTECH Alu-Rack and Steel-Rack topracks. Deluxe cases feature stainless steel lid stays and a lid lock.

You have to put everything on this case, be prepared to drill holes in the bottom of the case to put on the included kit, the kit makes it into a motorcycle top case, before the kit it is just a case. It did not even have the lock, latch or side hinges on it, which it could easily have, and should have already been installed.Rating
I had to use a allen wrench (included), drill, rivit gun, ratchet set, screw driver, and ruler for measureing kit location.
Be prepared for about a two hour job.
I also had the impression from the description that the lid of the case was aluminium, it is all heavy plastic.
The nuts and bolts were not all right, and some were of poor quality.
It did go together just follow the instructions, and the end result does look nice.
Overall I am happy with it, I feel they could have had some of the parts already installed?? (Posted on 4/15/13)
