I installed these on my '12 TEX. Very simple install. There is a indentation on your swingarm. This plugs into it, when you tighten the bolt the back of it exapnds to fill the indentation. It feels solid, I'm not sure if it would survive a side impact like if you brushed against a rock or curb? Hopefully, I won't need to find out. (Posted on 3/18/13)Rating
