To get a full refund for the items you want to return, follow these two rules:
Rule 1: Return the item in new condition within 45 days of the original ship date Send back all original boxes, packaging, installation instructions, parts, packing material, and anything else you received in your box. Do not mix the parts of one item with another. Do not install items unless you decide to keep them, as this damages their finish. Do not remove windscreens from the original manufacturer's protective foil. Test-fitting a windscreen onto a bike, or shipping it once the foil has been removed, scratches the windscreen's mounting points. Rule 2: Pack the item so that it won't be damaged during return shipping Individually wrap all metal or plastic parts in bubble wrap and/or plastic wrap. Pack all screws, washers, nuts, and bolts into a single zip-lock bag to prevent them from scratching other items. Many items come in non-reusable packaging. If you can't reuse the original packaging, you must repack these items in your own plastic wrap or bubble wrap to protect them during transit back to us. Returned open-box items with mixed-up components that must be sorted out, recounted, and repackaged are subject processing fee. The processing fee for items with a retail price of $100 or more is $20. Items below $100 are subject to a 20% processing fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Non-Returnable Items Damaged, incomplete, used, or installed items Windscreens that have been removed from the manufacturer's protective foil Gift Certificates Scratch and Dent Closeout items Non-returnable items will be shipped back to the customer without a refund. Freight Damage, Defective Items, and Mis-Shipped items Call us within 48 hours if you receive damaged packages, defective items, or items you did not order. Do not use or install these items. We will arrange for a free replacement as follows: If you want a replacement to be shipped to you BEFORE we receive the original back: We will ship in-stock replacement items in 1 business day and cover the cost of shipping via the original order's shipping method. If you want the replacement item shipped faster than the original shipment method, you will be responsible for the difference in cost between the original shipping method and the new shipping method. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement item when it is shipped. For customers within the USA, we will provide a pre-paid UPS Electronic Return Label or UPS return-plus-pickup call tag for returning the original items. Just affix the return label and drop off the items at any UPS drop off location. For customers outside the USA, we will reimburse the cost of returning the original items by a shipping method of our choice. You will receive a refund for the original item once it is received in unused condition at our warehouse. If you want a replacement to be shipped to you AFTER we receive the original back: We will ship in-stock replacement items within 1 business day of when we receive the original item at our warehouse and cover the cost of shipping via the original order's shipping method. If you want the replacement item shipped faster than the original shipment method, you will be responsible for the difference in cost between the original shipping method and the new shipping method. For customers within the USA, we will provide a pre-paid UPS Electronic Return Label or UPS return-plus-pickup call tag for returning the original items. If we got so Twisted that we sent you something when you didn't even place an order, we'll provide a pre-paid UPS Electronic Return Label or UPS return-plus-pickup call tag for returning the original items. Just affix the return label and drop off the items at any UPS drop off location. We'll send you a Twisted t-shirt as our thanks for reporting the mis-shipped order. Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees on International Orders Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees collected by USPS, UPS, or other third parties on items shipped outside of the USA are not collected by Twisted Throttle and are therefore not refundable by Twisted Throttle.
