I purchased and installed a set of the new Motech guards a few weeks ago. They are easy to install once you break loose the tough Suzuki Locktite equivalent stuff. You no longer have to replace the big bolt through the engine. They attach with four bolts on each side with a new thick spacer washer behind each bolt.
The fit well and come up higher to protect the plastic better.
No vibration whatsoever.

I just installed the new style crash bars and the new style skid plate, the two tone black/silver, and cant say enough good about them. These things are beefy as can be and I cant imagine anything working better, though I hope I never have to find out. You may need an impact wrench handy to take out the OEM bolts though!
