This item was designed for use with European-model CB750 bikes, which have a passenger grab handle. The North American CB750 does not have such a grab handle. Use of this product on the North American CB750 requires either (1) purchase of the European model grab handle and tail cover, or (2) drilling the tail cover and inserting additional spacers. These additional parts are not included with the sidecarrier.
