Note: While the original version of this product could not be used with the BMW plastic cylinder head covers, the current version (as revised in late 2006) can be used with the BMW plastic cylinder head covers.

Admin note: This is a dedicated thread for discussing the SW-MOTECH Crashbars/Engine Guards (BMW R1200ST, '05-). These do not work on bikes with full Remus exhaust systems the left header pipe will not seat because of the bar that runs across the front of the engine.
