The VarioTouringScreen features a 7-position adjustable spoiler at the top of a TouringScreen-shaped windshield. The adjustable spoiler can be used to redirect airflow to suit the rider.
Available in clear or smoke gray only. Bottom of screen is printed with a black raster conforming to the shape of the underlying fairing. Overall length: 20.3 inches (515 mm).
Note: the VarioTouringScreen for the 2004 and later DL650/DL1000 V-Strom uses the MRA VTA2 spoiler.

This screen works pretty darned well for someone who is 5' 9" tall. At some speeds (around 60 mph) I still get a (very) little turbulence. If I go slower or faster it goes away, so I don't go 60 very often. My wife and I rode 1000 miles the first weekend we had this screen and we got about two hours of rain during that ride. The protection was very good for my entire upper body, except my hands. (I now have installed hand guards for that reason.) Very nice product, and yet it is small enough that it looks OK on the V-Strom and you still get enough air flow to keep cool (with a mesh jacket) at 90 degrees. Dale Leppo
