I agree with Arne, my bars vibrated too, and eventually broke at the right mount closest to the riders knee. However, I have been riding it that way for 3 or 4 years and my bike has been down twice since then, and the bars still protected the bike. I am finally replacing the Givi crash bars with another set of the same. I will try the BB's to eliminate the vibration.
