Givi Windscreen (Suzuki DL1000 & DL650 V-Strom, '04-). As of March 2006, all Givi windscreens for the V-Strom have small notches in the bottom (as shown) to provide additional handguard and mirror clearance. The black edging is no longer included on Givi D260ST windscreens.

The Givi replacement windscreen measures 22.4 inches (570mm) tall x 18.9 inches (480mm) wide, approximately 7.1 inches (18cm) taller than the original windscreen.
*The black rubber edging pictured on the bottom screen on this page is no longer included with this Givi windscreen. All windscreens shipped from our warehouse DO NOT have black rubber edging. Instead, the edge of the screen is the smooth cut edge of the screen itself.
This windscreen is very similar in shape to the MRA Extra-Tall TouringScreen for the V-Strom, '04-.

I purchased my DL 650 in March '06. Did'nt take long to know there's a wind handling problem with these bike! I installed a Laminar Lip. It really helped, but still leaves much to be desired. After 12,000 miles, I saw Givi had a windshield for the V Strom, and since my bags are Givi and very good, I put the Givi shield on and am very well pleased. This thing really does a job! Very high quality also. Of course, I expected that, - those Givi bags came off my 1984 Guzzi, (after 150,000 miles ) and honestly, look just like new! (silicone lube spray works miracles) Thanks, Twisted Throttle! ECM
