Givi Topcase Rack (BMW R1100RS, '94-'98 / R1100RT, '96-'00 / R1150RS*, all years / R1150RT, -'01)

This E-series model-specific adapter plate is designed to add a Givi Monokey case to your existing OEM toprack or tailsection (model-dependent). Depending on the model, the adapter plate may be cast aluminum or durable molded nylon. Rugged black finish. Installation diagram included.

Installs quickly using simple hand tools. No welding or cutting of exsiting frame or body parts required. Tough black enamel finish with some grey fittings or hardware as applicable.

To install on the R1150RS, the following modifications must be made to the Givi E183 kit:
- two original M6 cylindrical spacers (40mm long x 15mm OD) must be replaced by two shorter M6 spacers (25mm long x 15mm OD).
- two original M6x75mm hexagon socket screws must be replaced with two M6x65mm screws.

The GIVI E183 attaches to the bike using the lower rear supports from the BMW OEM luggage rack; the BMW OEM luggage rack is NOT present on all bikes. You can order these supports through your local BMW dealership if your motorcycle does not have the supports already.

Givi E-series topcase racks are for use with Givi Monokey topcases ONLY and are NOT compatible with Givi Monolock topcases.
