Soft gel backrest for the Givi E52 and new V46 topcases. Perfect for increasing passenger comfort while riding. Contoured to relieve aches and fatigue. Black.
Mounts using included bolts and washers. Requires minor drilling of the topcase using the supplied paper template. Passenger comfort results may vary based on motorcycle profile, passenger size, and topcase positioning. Five Stars topracks tend to mount closer and lower than the Givi Wingracks, which affects topcase position.

Admin note: This is a dedicated thread for discussing the Givi Backrest (E95S - soft gel) for E52 and V46 topcases. I would not recommend buying this backrest for V46 if used on a BMW F650GS as the position of the topbox on this bike does not give the passenger a lot of room. Adding the backrest removes an additional 1 to 2 inches of passenger clearance. I installed the backrest on my F650gs with V46 and it pushes the passenger forward that neither the passenger nor the driver is comfortable. The backrest seems well done and waterproof... but the topcase would need to be moved rearward for the passenger to have enough clearance. >>>Note from Mr. Twisted: when purchasing any top box, we recommend that you first buy the top box and rear rack to support it and get them installed. Next, have your passenger sit on the back seat wearing riding gear while you are sitting in the driver's seat. Take a short ride. If your passenger has plenty of room, take a wedge of material (maybe a small pillow or piece of Styrofoam) that's 1-inch to 2-inches thick and place it between the passenger and the topcase. Both of you should sit on the bike again and see if you like the resulting riding position. If you like this position, then buy the add-on backrest as a later purchase. For some riders on some bikes, it's more comfortable to have no backrest and more passenger clearance. For other riders, it's more comfortable to have a backrest and less passenger clearance... the choice is yours!
