Always wondered what top-of-the-line is and now I know - Klim is one of the top-of-the-line m/c apparel manufacturers and these of course are their top-of-the-line model. Admittedly it's expensive to find out that the best of the best means every single piece of material and every feature is as good as it gets at this point in time, thanks to compulsive German engineering. They look good, they work, and they keep you safe. They weigh a ton and you don't have to screw around with putting in and taking out thermal and/or waterproof liners. Because they're heavy you can ride in very cold weather with just thermal bottoms underneath. 45 degrees F. and above just underwear does fine. That's great for slim people like me who don't want baggy riding pants any more than I want baggy jeans. These pants are however looser than slim jeans because they have to allow for movement, armor, and bulky boots. (Posted on 12/31/2014)
