This was a nice addition to the KLR. A bit expensive, but worth it in my opinion. Item was backordered for a while. Likely because its a nice windshield (Posted on 7/15/2017)

The MRA-Vario Touring Windscreen from Twisted Throttle rocks on my 2016 Camo KLR 650. It does not obstruct a rider’s view of the trail while deflecting the wind stream at highway speeds to just above the visor on my KLIM F4 helmet which is a good thing! Great product. (Posted on 5/23/2017)

I've been using the screen for a couple of weeks now and it has proven to be a real blessing. The original screen would buffet my head mercilessly. The MRA Vario pretty much eliminated the buffeting. You will still get wind on your chest and arms because of the layout of the fairing on the KLR, and the roar of the wind will will hardly abate but your head will be significantly more comfortable. One of the best mods for tall riders. Looks way better than add ons, because the deflector comes already installed by the factory, giving an OEM look. (Posted on 12/20/2014)

In preparation for a 4 day tour of New England and northeastern Canada on my 2012 KLR 650, I wanted some additional wind protection, but didn't want a full touring screen. I found the MRA Vario and am very glad I did. The screen is adjustable and was excellent at pushing the wind over my helmet - providing a quieter ride and less fatigue over 1,145 miles! Just to be clear, I am 5'8" tall and the screen is perfect. I would not recommend this if you are taller than 5'10", though as I am not sure it will provide the same results. (Posted on 7/30/2014)
