The SW-MOTECH Blaze Sport Saddlebag System offers an innovative way to mount soft saddlebags onto sport-style motorcycles. The system features mounting arms that quickly attach to the motorcycle and then slip into channels located on the backside of each bag. These arms ease installation and support the bags to prevent side-to-side movement and potential contact with the exhaust or rear tire. The mounting arms detach quickly to retain the stock look of the motorcycle when the bags are removed. The SW-MOTECH Blaze Sport Saddlebags feature durable YKK RC-Fuse zippers and are expandable from 14 to 21 liters per bag.

  • Can be used with or without SW-MOTECH ALU-RACK installed.
  • Made from high quality 1680 ballistic nylon
  • Volume 14-21 liters per saddlebag
  • Solid panniers prevent contact between saddlebags and tires
  • Quick lock pannier bracket
  • Main compartment with top loading function and outside pocket with side loading function

These were back ordered and expensive so my expectations for them were high. I was not disappointed. These fit my 2012 Street Triple perfectly. Sturdy construction of the mounting hardware. Nice bags. I'm not a "wrencher" so I was a little concerned about installation, but instructions were clear and specific to my bike. As I said, pricey, but you get what you pay for. Turns out that it's an excellent kind of madness. The installation of the rack was quite easy. If you ever played with building toys, you've got the required skills to get the rack on. Once installed, putting the bags on is quick and easy. They didn't get any hot spots from the exhaust (one of my primary concerns), didn't shift while riding, and even when loaded didn't really feel like there was any extra weight on the back of the bike. The bags alone make the bike weekend-worthy. Throw on a tail pack and a tank bag and you've got room for adequate luggage to cover a few days of travel. Absolutely worth it. (Posted on 7/7/2014)
