The PowerHub2 Power Distribution Module, manufactured by DENALI allows you to safely connect up to 6 electronic devices to your motorcycle in a clean, professional manner. It is CAN-Bus compatible and includes six 15-amp rated and fused outputs, six ground posts, and a plug-and-play wiring harness for direct battery hookup. Each of the six outputs can be individually set as "always on" or "switched" on/off with the ignition of the motorcycle. Instead of attaching multiple ring terminals to your battery, use a PowerHub2!

The CAN-bus safe DENALI PowerHub2 has been designed to allow simple and easy installation of electrical components. Each unit has six individually fused outputs. These are not your ordinary outputs. Simply plug the fuse in to the left or the right on the circuit board to make the accessory live all of the time or switched on/off with the bike's ignition.

The entire unit is rated for 30 Amps (360 watts). Each of the six circuits can handle up to 15A (180W) each - without exceeding a total sum of 30 Amps simultaneously. 

When installing the PowerHub2 on BMW CAN-Bus equipped motorcycles, use either the 194 Marker Bulb CAN-Bus adapter available separately, or tap the original BMW power socket hot wire.

Note: The PowerHub2 is compatible with CANbus motorcycles using either the Electrical Connection 194 Marker Bulb CAN-BUS Adapter (available separately) by connecting the PowerHub2's switched yellow wire to the original BMW power socket hot wire. Then connect the Powerhub's black and red wires directly to the battery.

How do I convert watts to amps? Amps to watts? Watts = Volts x Amps. Most motorcycles run at 12 Volts, so the equation becomes Watts = 12 x Amps. Amps = Watts/12. Use this calculator to help convert watts to amps (or amps to watts). Fill in any 2 fields and hit submit for the result. Power is measured in watts. Current is measured in amps. Fuses are rated in amps. Accessories generally give their power or current rating.

Note: A small production run of the Powerhub2 had an incorrect assembly issue that caused the circuit board to sit too high to allow for proper seating of the cover. As of December 2013, this issue has been corrected with all subsequent production. All of the PowerHub2 currently available allow plenty of clearance for the fuses and the cover to close securely.

The unit functions well, but by the time I ran my third wire thru the narrow opening it was a VERY tight fit. There is simply no way I could use all six circuits so I'm lucky I needed only four. Also, the elastic bands holding the lid in place won't last. Another means of protecting the innards is needed. Next time I'll go with a PDM (Posted on 10/5/2018)

Bought this for accessory wiring on my motorcycle. Plenty of high grade positive and negative cable for installation. I like the fact that you can select constant power or switched power from the fuse block. This made wiring the accessories much easier. I would like to see a larger opening in the case to run wires to the connections. If you need to use larger wires it takes up the opening space to the fuse block pretty quickly but it is manageable. I would also like to see a better option for securing the lid to the fuse block other than the elastic bands. Overall a very good unit. (Posted on 7/23/2018)

I put one of your Power hubs on my bike in 2012 when I bought my DL650 VStrom new. Now, in July 2018 with the 98,000 miles i've rolled onto this bike, my headlight circuit crapped the bag so I installed an Eastern Beaver wiring harness with relays, but needed a 20 Amp circuit, so I threw in a new Power hub to handle it. Becuase I am no longer on the headlight circuit, I'm not adding wattage (I have one of your USB ports for charging, bought Heated grips thru you, harness for my heated vest,insoles, gloves, GPS mount, and electric Hornet deer whistle all wired thru the orginal Power hub.) The power hub is easy to install so it provides a keyed circuit, so I don't have to worry about leaving anything powered up when I shut teh bike off. I do have the GPS and USB port on teh live side so when I stop for gas I can keep GPS on as well as keep charging whatever device I have plugged in when out riding. I've ridden thru 43 States and 2 Canadian Provinces with your stuff on my bike wihtout an issue, except for the left side pannier mount broke when a Grizzly tried to get in when I was in Yellowstone in 2016 (See pic of pannier secured.) I hope to ride out to your shop to see if perhpas you have a scratch and dent mount to replace this one. (Posted on 7/19/2018)

This unit is way better then the PDM 60 that I replaced it with, the PDM 60 had a Prasitic draw, that would kill the battery if not on a tender, plus it would lose it's program any time the battery did die, that meant un-wiring it, removing it from the bike so you could reprogram it, again!

The idea is great. The size is pretty good- I was able to fit it under the seat on my wife's Bonneville, which is no easy task. It isn't perfect, though.

First, the terminals it came with for the battery are nowhere near big enough to crimp onto the power leads that are integral to the unit, which are amply sized and nicely flexible. Fortunately, I had some terminals that were of the proper size.

Second, the fuse terminals are way to wimpy. I appreciate using the minifuses keeps the overall size down, but those terminals just aren't strong enough.

Finally, the terminal blocks just aren't big enough. I had 14ga wires from the fist accessory I tied to it, and they didn't really fit. Those terminals are only good for 16ga and smaller I think. Even 16 might be tough. (Posted on 4/21/2018)

I bought that 2 months ago to help with wiring auxiliary lights, GPS, and other items I run on my 2014 Honda VFR800. It works, but not as seamlessly as I hoped. The Denali Powerhub2 is such a great product for canbus motorcycles. I had been using the Touratech Canbus helper on my past 4 motorcycles which worked well. The Denali Powerhub2 goes to the next level with the cover to keep things dry, the switched on and off power and the fuse blocks for each component. No need to chase the inline fuse all over the motorcycle to see which one might be blown. Highly recommended for any canbus or even non canbus motorcycles. This is a nice and simple distribution box. I was concerned about using some of the more advanced tech units on an adventure bike. I will take this to remote places and I didn't want to be stuck with an electronic piece that I couldn't do much with if it had problems. With this item, if the relay fails I can replace it. I can also use jumper wire to transfer power in a pinch. It's simple enough though that I doubt I'd ever have trouble with it. It also made for a clean install.

The unit is small, and it needs to be because some of these bikes just don't have much room to mount stuff. The wiring area is tight, but I have 1 14ga circuit and 3 16ga circuits in it using plain primary wire with thick insulation. I'll be able to add more without too much trouble. I only brought one ground wire back to the box. I remote grounded the other circuits and that makes for more room. If your concerned about space, use TXL or Shindy wire. They have smaller insulation cross sections and are both used by OEM's.

Some folks complained about the rubber band to hold the cover on. I kinda like it. I can always find a rubber band. Lastly they include a piece of 3M material that works like Velcro to attach this to the bike. It's the first time I've worked with it and I really like it. It's tough stuff. I'll be buying and keeping some around.

The box itself is very easy and straight forward to install. It was easily wired to the battery and the switched power source was tapped into my plate light as it switches upon ignition. I was able to wire my GPS harness to the box, and all you have to do is cut just past the fuse of the original harness of whatever you're installing, take the fuse that came with it (in my case a 2A fuse) and place the fuse into the box and decide whether you want switched or constant power, strip the positive and negative wires and screw them into the corresponding terminals. I just finished installing this into my 13 V-Strom, very nice unit. Allows installation of several circuits without having to find places for multiple relays and fuses all over the place. The wire quality is excellent and the bus appears to be well made. Fuse plug ins are pretty tight which is great for connection purposes but it's a bugger to pull fuses out. I also found the cheap auto parts fuses are a touch too tall and the lid won't quite close completely. The higher quality fuses were a perfect fit. (Posted on 5/11/2017)

I bought this fuse block for my new, 2016 BMW F700GS. I also bought a pack of mini fuses. Installation was easy. When I tried to press in one fuse, it would not go in and the glue holding the electronic card broke. Make sure you open up the clips holding the fuses before you try pressing them in place. The elastic band holding the cover is a poor improvisation. I tucked everything under my bike's computer, located under the seat. It works! IMHO, this is too much money for the quality you'd expect. I installed this in my BMW R1100GS. I'm not a beginner and I must say that for $130 I'm disappointed with this product. Others have already talked about the lid being held in place by flimsy rubber o-rings so I won't mention that. Here are my crits--(1) the fuse terminals are so tight that even after greasing up my fuses I could barely get the fuses seated and I'm pretty sure I heard the circuit board crack at one point as I was pressing a fuse into place. Want to get a fuse out? Better have some needle nose pliers because they're not coming out using just your fingers! (2) Others have talked about the lack of space inside the box. I was able to connect 6 lines with 16AWG wire, BUT only the hot lines--no room for the grounds. I grounded all 6 lines outside the box to the frame. (3) my last crit--the relay inside the box gets hot even with all my devices turned off! That's right--the relay gets hot simply by turning on the power. Not confidence-inspiring.

Anything I liked? Yes. (1) the ground wire, power wire, and trigger wire are all plenty long enough and made from really really superior cabling; (2) the screw-down wire terminals inside the box seem sturdy and provide a secure clamping force on the wires so that I really doubt I'll have any problem with wires coming loose.

I want to add one comment about using 16AWG wire. I use 16 gauge on my bikes NOT because I need that much current carrying capability. Most devices will run fine with 20 or 22 gauge. I use 16 gauge for the physical strength of the wire and the thickness of the insulation. 16 is not gonna break easily, I can cinch it down tight with cable ties, and if it's rubbing somewhere (I try to safeguard against that on all my installs) it'll take a long time to wear away the insulation. 20 or 22 gauge simply is not strong enough to use on an offroad bike. 18? I wrote a review on the fuses I ordered at the same time for the powerhub2. I'm not sure if it's the fuses or the holders in the Powerhub, but they don't fit. I'll try some others when I get a chance. In the meantime I had to grind down the fuses to get them to fit. Otherwise the unit is great. Using it for my F700GS. It fits right behind the battery and is a great way to hook up skene lights, a battery tender outlet, spotlights and heated gear. (Posted on 11/13/2016)

I purchased a PowerHub2 to simplify the additional wiring I'd add with all the gadgets I have on my Goldwing. Wiring the powerhub was simple and eliminated many of wires I had connect to the terminals on my battery. I installed the PowerHub under the seat just inside the bike frame. Mounted this on a 2012 Suz V-Strom 650. I've been using this for about 5 weeks now. Bought it to replace a failed, partially melted, Eastern Beaver 8 circuit fused hub. The Denali can handle 16 gauge wire, which I use for the feeder circuit to the headlight hi/low beam relays. A bit difficult to get the 16 g. wire under the binding post, but it can be done. 18 g. and smaller wire is what this hub is best designed for. Right now I've got 3 switched circuits and 1 unswitched. My one concern - affixing circuit labels to the panel - both on the top of the lid and under the lid. I made my labels on the pc and clear lacquered them to make them hold up. Ease of servicing this in the field is a concern. The Denali design engineers could have thought this through a bit better.
Personally, I'm not too concerned about the rubber band retaining system for the lid. I have plenty of used bicycle inner tubes, so I made own slightly more robust retaining system for the lid. I did a slight modification to the tray area under the seat with a Dremel tool & did a little file and sanding touch up to a corner of the Denali hub to get it to nestle in perfectly under the seat. Used the Velcro to hold it in place. Very clean install. As long as the printed circuit bus, which is hidden under the unit, can handle the overall current draw, I'll be a happy camper. Installed on: 2015 Vstrom EXP

I wanted an easy to use fuse block to tidy away wiring for a few accessories and after looking at a few options this seemed like a good one.
I am very pleased with the unit and while it's not cheap it comes in one tidy package with plenty of wiring attached so you can mount it just about anywhere on any motorcycle or ATV.
Other reviews provide plenty of detail on wiring issues (none for me) and the cover bungees (not great but if they fail I plan to twist some snare wire around the whole box, no biggie).
Had to make a bracket up to fit it in under the seat pan of my Stom and very happy with the result. Good and solid.
If the box housing had a more robust attachment flange and also a cover screw down flange on the opposite sides, I think it would be perfect. (Ideas for the next model!) (Posted on 7/27/2016)

I have been installing this for about a week now (cold temps slow things down). I have a DL650 and the space to mount it is quite limited so I built a plate for it and used the very small storage tray area. I have two sets of LED lights that are grounded into the hub, but I installed a separate power stud because of the amp draw of the relays (40 amp per set). Also have a Garmin wired into the unit. 3-24-16 will be the first test of the system. (Posted on 3/28/2016)

Easy to install and simple to use. This came right on time for me. I mounted it under my trunk, out of sight but easy access on my 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager 1700. Recently installed this on my BMW F650GS twin, works as expected. I have four devices hooked up and plenty of room for another two.

I disagree with most of the review by "Brick". I'll give my opinion on his concerns:
1) It's physically larger because all the connections are internal, not hanging off the sides of the unit. This is better for weatherproofing and easier to place on the bike.
2) Cutting off the mounting tabs isn't a big deal - if you don't need them (you're using velcro or whatever) then cut them off to save space. But they're there if you need them.
3) Yes, the wires that come installed are plenty long and flexible, I cut off at least 3'.
4) *** One observation here is that basically any accessory on a motorcycle only requires 18 guage wire at most. Each circuit on this PowerHub is rated for 15 amps, and 18 guage will get you up to 10 ft at 15 amps - plenty of distance to get anywhere on a motorcycle. If you shove a bunch of 16 guage or 14 guage wires in there unnecessarily, you might run out of room. Use the right wire for the job and you'll have no problems. ***
5) The space inside is fine, workable. Again see above regarding using the proper wire guage. I did put a pair of 16 guage wires in there and the terminals are large enough to accommodate, you just have to unscrew them enough to open up. And really you don't need to run ground wires back to the unit if you don't want, you can ground anywhere. There is ABSOLUTELY no need to run anything larger than 16 guage, you're just doing it wrong.
6) The way the top secures with the mini bungee cord thing is a little weird, I'll give you that. It hasn't been a problem yet, but I'm not sure what to do if the cord breaks. So far it has held up but I haven't weathered it much. It's not inconvenient to use, but I see others have had issues with the durability. I probably will never be back inside the thing now that it's installed though.
7) My legend was installed correctly on the top. It's just a sticker. Note that the top is square and can be installed in any of the four possible orientations. If you put it on wrong that's your fault.
8) I didn't use it, but it comes with that hard snap stuff, not actual velcro. Should be strong.

Also the mini-ATC fuses fit perfectly inside the unit and the top closes just fine. I don't know what other people are doing incorrectly to create these problems. It can be a little stiff at first pushing the fuses down, so be careful not to bend the terminals, but everything fits.

I like that all the wires come out one port instead of on 3 sides like on some competing models. Makes placement on the bike easier as I could just have some slack in the wires and tuck it out of the way.

I'm happy with it overall, it was a good purchase and simplifies connections at the battery.

I don't know what else to say - it's a relatively simple device that works exactly as described and shown in the video and photos. (Posted on 12/4/2015)

I have installed about eight moto fuse boxes over the years, and initially I thought this looked like something good. It is compact, has a fair number of fuse slots, a built in relay, and really nice flexible heavy duty wires for the battery hookup. I wish I had read the reviews before buying it though. I knew what I was getting with the elastic cover holder because it says that in the product description. What it does not tell you is that once you put a fuse it, the cover no longer fits because the fuses stand higher than the edge.

I installed this on my Triumph Explorer, very easy setup. Fits perfectly under my seat. Some gripes though... The hole where you feed the wires in is very small. I can see drilling some holes in the side to fit more connections. The cover with the bands is a cool idea, but I could see them rotting away. Yes the bands that hold the cover on are real cheap and I don't see them lasting long....for something that cost over $100 I would expect better.... If it was $75 I would recommend it ..... I purchased this for my DL650, in order to clean up my accessory wiring.Works great with two exceptions, one of which is actually the bike itself. The only good place to mount it is under the seat in the tool tray which has a "bump" in the middle of it? Had to cut that out and plug the the hole with a little PC7 so it would fit.
The Powerhub itself was an EASY hookup but does have one downside. One of the bungies that hold the cover on broke during installation. May not seem to be as convenient, but reading some of the other reviews maybe a screw on cover would be more practical.

I purchase this for my honda st1300 and it was fairly easy to install. Make management of electronic components easy without messy wires and fuses running the battery down. I like the option of having whatever you're hooking up to operate with the switch on or off. I would recommend this to anyone hooking up multiple accessories. (Posted on 8/25/2014)

While the product works as advertised, the build quality is marginal for a $120 product. The rubber band that hold the case lost flexibility and snapped already, the fuse holders were so over-soldered that solder flowed into the fuse socket making it impossible to use all of them, and finally, the box only has one opening for cable routing and that opening alrady is clogged with the Powerhub2's power cables. I bought this and installed it a month ago. I have hooked up 3 farkles. One constant power for the battery tender and two powerless (in different locations). The one issue I have is fishing the lines through the one hole. Unforturnately the main power lines go through the same hole. The supplied power wires are very good quality though. Easy to set up, fuses a little tough to get into place though, worried about damage to the circuit board if I ever have to change one. Not water proof or even water resistant, so install in a dry compartment. Otherwise, very well built and suits my needs on a 2014 BMW R1200GS Adventure that has a particularly fussy Can-Bus system. I will add that the quality of the multi-strand wires is fantastic... almost a shame to cut them! (Posted on 7/8/2014)

Really liked the compact design and ability to easily upgrade/repair. Well built. Was very easy to install in my Concours. Would give 5 stars but "bungee" material to hold top on, turned brittle and broke w/in 3 weeks, approx 800 miles. Had to make my own cover retainer. (Posted on 7/7/2014)

I bought this a month ago and installed it on my 2014 Yamaha Super Tenere. I had a 2012 Super Tenere and had the FZ-1 fuse block that I loved. This was supposed to be better... NOT!
1) Physically bigger "foot print" where to mount it. Not good
2) had to cut off mounting tabs... Not good.
3) big long power leads = good.
4) hole to bring in accessory wires small after the power leads go in the same hole. Not good.
5) the screws and silly plates that wire have to go beside and under don't leave enough room for putting wires there. Not good
6) after 5,000 miles the rubber bands that hold the cover on are rotted and broken??? And I'm still on my first trip with it. How am I supposed to hold the cover on now? Not a rhetorical question. !!
7) the cover legend on the inside is up side down from reality and the space left to write is way to small! It's also confusing constant power & switched power should more clearly be marked.
8) the Velcro supplied is great.
Wish I had an FZ-1 on this bike too. (Posted on 7/7/2014)

I've been searching for a neat, concise way to neatly tie in all my accessories and found it here ! All the fuses, relays, switched and unswitched all in one clean unit. The Denali unit alone is fantastic, but Twisted Throttle has taken it a step up with a great video just a click away. Highly recommended , both Denali and Twisted Throttle ! (Posted on 7/7/2014)

Installed on my R1200GS. I'm not sure what fuses the other reviewer used because mine do not touch the cover at all. The compact size was a real plus as I don't have much space under the seat. A++ product! (Posted on 3/7/2014)

The design and construction quality of the fuse block are generally very good, with one exception. The standard mini fuses that you have laying around for your bikes are a bit too tall to fit in the box properly. This causes the lid to be unseated when you fill the fuse slots, although the rubber holders will still keep it in place. For the price I would expect better, as a single product test would have revealed this issue. I do not know where to source any smaller fuses to avoid the issue. (Posted on 8/31/2013)
