What a vast improvement over the stock windshield. It eliminates back pressure and the adjustable top visor allowed me to customize it to my preference of condituons. (Posted on 7/30/2018)

I purchased my MRA just before my last long trip of the year for my concours. Easy to install, high quality, and it stops wind and lets it through when you want it. The adjust-ability is great! There is only one thing I would change, When ordering you are only allowed to pick clear or shaded options. I would order a shaded shield with a clear spoiler, under night/rain conditions it's interferes with vision. I love it under all other conditions and I'll be ordering a clear spoiler. I received the X-creen and mounted it on my 2012 Cocnours. I love the way it looks, it produces really smooth air, it doesn't act like a big sail like the larger screens do but wasn't too happy with the amount of wind it let through, even though it was clean/smooth air, it was just a little too short for my liking (I'm 6'2" with a tall torso) and I couldn't get it to a place that reduced the wind enough to produce my "quiet place". I had purchased adjustable brackets for my windscreen from Madstad Engineering at the same time I bought the X-creen and was waiting for those to arrive. I rode for 3 days with the X-creen on my stock brackets and was waiting for the Madstad's to come in so I could try it on those before deciding on whether or not I was going to keep the windscreen.

The Madstad brackets arrived 3 days later. I mounted them and went on a ride and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I now LOVE the X-creen! So much so that I am going to sell off my other windscreens and keep this one on my bike. The Madstad brackets raised the windscreen enough to make a huge difference for me when I ride! The X-creen is a GREAT summer windscreen (haven't ridden with it in cold weather yet) and having it mounted on the Madstad brackets gives me a lot of flexibility in how I want to ride now...letting lots of wind in to cool me off or put it up so it blocks a lot of the wind, making things quieter. When I ride through town or doing lower speeds I'll lower it all the way and when on the highway I'll raise it all the way. The X-creen on the Madstads gives me lots of variability.

The X-creen is an excellent choice but keep in mind that you may have to add brackets like I did if you want to reduce the amount of wind allowed through. Some people may like the wind and I can tell you that it does produce very smooth wind. Also, if you are on the "shorter" side the X-creen may work perfectly for you! Like I said, it was just too short for me in the stock configuration.

The windscreen is a win-win...looks great and functions great (when set up correctly)! (Posted on 8/30/2015)
