Here it is, a picture of my 2017 Yamaha SCR950 with the Sw-Motech SLC side carrier brackets, an Sw-Motech right side universal mounting plate for SLC carrier with the RotopaX 1.75 Gallon Fuel Pack and RX.PM RotopaX Pack Mount affixed to the universal plate. This product was easy to setup and assemble. I hope my review is helpful to other Yamaha SCR950 owners who are contemplating the compatibility of this product with this bike. (Posted on 9/16/2019)

Looks good and sturdy but roo big for a motorcycle. Returning the item for the 1 gallon one. (Posted on 6/3/2018)

I haven’t used this yet, but I can only expect it will function well as an emergency fuel supply on my extended tours. (Posted on 4/12/2018)

Bought this for a projected long ride to Prudhoe Bay in May. Will add about 100 miles range for my BMW F700GS. Multiple ways to attach it, although the Vario side-cases probably aren't strong enough to handle the load. I plan to attach it very simply horizontally on the passenger seat to keep the center of gravity as low as I can (see photo). (Posted on 12/12/2017)

Got this for a 1200 mile trip on a DRZ. Fits on the back rack perfectly. Carried my "insurance" tank on the entire Blue Ridge Parkway with no issues. Never leaked.
I was hesitant to pay this much for a gas can, but it is specialized and I had no other options. (Posted on 9/30/2017)

I bought a second RotopaX 1.75 gallon, since I loved the first one but required more fuel to travel the distance of this years fall trip.
Not happy with the spout that came with the new one. Awkward to use and does not seal as well as the last one. I was somewhat disappointed. Otherwise same container quality. (Posted on 11/4/2016)

Purchased the fuel pack for a little extra fuel mileage just in case on a recent trip across the IBDR. Fortunately never needed but it was easy to mount to my Vstrom and was very secure on the rough back roads route. (Posted on 9/27/2016)

I was told it would hold a full 2 gallons, mine held 1.875 gallons brand new. Give the sun a few times of swelling it in the 100 degree heat and it should hold 2 gallons. As always I'm pretty happy with Rotopax equipment (Posted on 8/30/2016)

I bought the Rotopax for a trip to Alaska to comfort my wife and me that whatever else happens, we won't be out of fuel. It fits beautifully on the top box. (Posted on 5/16/2016)

Very durable! Went down no nicks or breaks. The only thing I can't stand is how you take the nozzel out and pour its a pain (Posted on 4/12/2016)

I have had my Rotopax for 3 years and almost choked on total price . However after 3 years of use on my dual sport I would say their products are above their competition . I got the locking mount with mine and it holds the unit very secure and it will be there if you park the bike . 3 years ago the EPA required fuel neck took a little practice , but works well . The cost isn't too bad now compared to all the cheaply made "regular" gas cans that now run around $50 . I can't imagine adventure riding with anything else . (Posted on 10/6/2013)
